WELCOME MESSAGE

Welcome to Jo Earl's organisational research lab. In our lab we work on answering important questions on a number of different issues in organisational psychology. One area we have focused on is factors affecting retirement decision-making, looking in particular at retirement planning and retirement adjustment. Another area we are interested in is career development, and you will find useful resources such as books written on resume writing within our publications section. Finally, we also study the accuracy of self-rated abilities and the impact of career decidedness as a predictor of organisational outcomes.
