• 1 copy of the DASS Manual (2nd Edition)
• 1 master copy of the DASS response form
• 1 master copy of the DASS21 response form (short version of the scales)
• 1 plastic DASS scoring template
• 1 master copy of the DASS scoring template
• 1 master copy of the DASS profile sheet
