Professor Kaarin Anstey

Kaarin’s research programs focus on the causes, consequences, and prevention of cognitive ageing, dementia, and common mental disorders in adulthood. Kaarin currently leads the CogCoach Health trial of risk reduction for people with mild cognitive problems. She also leads the Resilient Minds project that investigates cognitive and mental health resilience over the adult life course and includes a neuroimaging substudy. Kaarin is Vice Chair of the Global Council on Brain Health and a member of the World Dementia Council.
