Karen is an Organisational Psychologist, whose consulting practice focusses on Women's Leadership development. She also has an an interest in creativity, synesthesia and neuordiverse populations at work. She Coordinates the undergraduate Psychology of Work course and delivers the Organisational psychology components in the Psychology Honors and GDAP program.
